Experienced Employee: Good Samaritan has taught me so much! Working here is a great stepping stone for me in my academic goals. Not only have I enjoyed working here alongside the nurses, but I have also been encouraged to continue my education and pursue a career in health care! :) I will be very sad when this hospital closes, but the impact my work experience has had on me will affect for the rest of my professional and personal journey in life. This work environment is the only place I can truly say I felt welcome and appreciated every time I walked through the doors. It always amazed how many nice people I worked with and how my hard work never went unnoticed, all the way up to the management level! I will be forever grateful for my years spent here.

Entry Level Employee: I am from the Dayton, OH and started working for the Kettering Health Network about 2 years ago. The emphasis put on the employee's holistic needs is wonderful. I also appreciate the spiritual and service aspects of the organization. They offer many employee perks and discounts.

The benefits they provide are also pretty nice. My favorite would have to be the tuition assistance program. They give you a pretty nice amount which has paid for the majority of my graduate degree. Consequently, I will owe the organization two years of service after I complete my degree. In my opinion that is a very small price to play in exchange for not having to take out additional student loans.
