Experienced Employee: Omni resorts is a great company and they care about you in every way... except... they have awful health and dental insurance. For a company that has close to 70 resort/hotel properties and has 500 - 1000 employees in each property, they should have amazing health insurance. I've worked for Sanmar and they have 8 warehouses and there's an average of 300 people working and they have excellent insurance. My health provider stated they have amazing insurance because they pay 90% and you pay 10%. That means Omni would probably be at least 50/50 percent. Other than that, Omni is great!... Every night after our shift we can eat for free. i think thats very helpful especially for a lot of us college students who can't always afford a nice meal such as this. My managers are always very attentive to my coworkers and the guests. you will never see them hiding in the office.
