Intern / Student Worker: Decent fast casual place to work at. Better than working fast food. The pressure to be freaky fast can be stressful. Odd requirements for receiving an employee meal, so don't get your hopes up for free food. Managers love to make their employees to everything, including the manager's own responsibility. Training for new hires is severely lacking. Often, employees will not receive adequate training which forces to the long timer employees to carry the work of several people. This is especially true during any kind of rush where the experienced employees have to step in since new hires don't "go fast enough." A sandwich is expected to be made in 60 seconds or less. Luckily there is no grease involved so there is less risk of falling and you're not required to have nonslip shoes. Dyed hair, tattoos, and piercings are permitted. Shifts are divided into AM and PM. Unfortunately there is a lot of food waste.

Experienced Employee: I absolutely love my job and everyone that I work with! My bosses are great and put us before themselves. They are super accommodating and I have had a great experience working here for the past 6 years.

Senior Employee: The staff here are very compassionate and caring and help the clients navigate through the child welfare system in an easy to understand way. The biggest hurdle we face is being understaffed due to budget issues. We need more financial support through other grants or donations.
