Entry Level Employee: My job at Boulder Beer is my first real kitchen job. I really like the people I work with. There are a lot of things that they could do better at, such as increasing wages to at least $15/hour so that employees can make a living wage, and maintaining the kitchen areas so things aren't breaking all the time. The dish pit is held together by a hope and a prayer. But overall, it's a low stress job, and my manager is willing to work with me on my schedule, so I'm happy there.
