Experienced Employee: Its a great place to work everyone is very friendly, happy and helpful all the time. They give us great gifts all the time, the hours are flexible and they love the employees to take advantage of further education. Since i started at BMC i have made so many new co worker friends and patients. Its a warm atmosphere where everyone cares and is willing to lend a helping hand. All the departments work as a team whether its a warm handoff to another department or, getting a wheelchair for a patient. BMC also supplies all staf with winter gear so that on our way to work we can stay warm. BMC also offers great health care for everyone no matter what the age. From the Pediatric Pulmonary and Allergy Clinics to the OBAT clinics, BMC has outstanding care for all diversities of life. They also grow their own vegetables right from BMC's own rooftop garden which they sell to employees for a reasonable cost.
