Entry Level Employee: The company is a good one to work for, however the compensation is extremely low. The services are on the lower end, which means the clients expect little to no service and it seems more like a drive-thru salon versus a hair care salon. Also there are no health benefits or insurance through the company, which is a negative for me when dealing with a big chain type of company.
