Manager / Director: I love the company culutre - at least in the operations area. I've heard a lot of bad press over they years about LBrands, but have never expereienced any of it. As a matter of fact, the culture is why I still work there. Leaving work every day feeling like a whole person, is very valuable. To be given the freedom to operate at a high level without micro mangment and to be surrouned by supporting and trusting team members and leaders is amazing.
However, as someone who grows with the orginization, salary increases are slow and low. Negotiate well when you come in the door, becasue without promition, it's hard to keep growing your salary at a rate that is competitive. This isn't where you should start your career, but where you should plant roots. Do your job jumping early, gain title and experience, come in the door at a pay range that affords you comfortabilty and sit back and enjoy the ride.
