Entry Level Employee: What a great place with great people! I worked in the kitchen all through High school and through some college and it was the best job a Highschooler could ask for. Management worked great around my schedule and gave me as many hours as I wanted. I also was able to learn a lot of different positions all over the kitchen and the outskirts and never got bored of my job with all the different shifts there was to learn. Really wish I would have stuck with them because St. Vincents is such a charitable company that they offer opportunities where they will pay for your schooling after so long.... Read 4 reviews

Once all the necessary documents and training is completed you can get to work straight away. Independent providers are offered many benefits. Such as getting paid $20 an hour, additional money for any mileage use during work, free shoes once a year and more. Experienced Employee: I work in a family practice clinic that is experiencing some staffing difficulties currently but mostly is a wonderful place to work. We are a part of the Providence Network so there are many hospitals and clinics throughout the Western United States. Sometimes changes made in one area dont meet the needs of our area making it a bit of a challenge. My office manager is always willing to listen to suggestions and ideas however, when decisions are made, they come from the corporate level down and are a company wide change or decision. Entry Level Employee: St. Peters has very talented providers, nurses, assistive personnel, and administrative personnel. I believe St. Petes has a bad reputation among the community. I do not think this is due to incompetence of the staff but rather the recent hiccups with management and disagreements of the community with management decisions with regard to providers. Also disagreements with providers and management. St. Peters offers their employees benefits and paid vacation along with other employee perks. Overall I think it a good place to work and would be comfortable receiving my care through St. Peters. Experienced Employee: Great company but with any nursing they always need more help. Some of the nursing management would listen to issues but nothing was ever done with problems . Alot of asking but not receiving. Scheduling was a month at a time so that was great for planning. No room for vacation unless we had our shifts covered by ourselves. Experienced Employee: I enjoyed working as a reimbursement specialist. I billed medical claims to insurance companies. It was remote with limited supervision. Flexible hours. I received pretty good benefits. The only issue I had was with management and human resources. Management took advantage of my kindness and hard work. I requested review for promotion because I was training and doing my position, and still maintaining great numbers, and it was part of the tiered system HR set up. Upon leaving, they created a new position at a higher pay (what I did). My manager lacked skills needed to actually manage people and chose favorites to use to spy on other employees. I was even reprimanded for one of the people they hired not having grammar skills... It was not in my job description to teach them English too. I also heard later that I was badmouthed by them after leaving, while they continued using my training material and multiple reports and processes. HR did nothing when I spoke to them.
