Experienced Employee: I've seen a lot of change in the last 2 years. Alexander & Baldwin began the process to convert their company to a REIT in the beginning of 2017. They finalized the conversion on January first of 2018. Though this process created a high turn-over rate, I saw lots of opportunity. Unfortunately, the morale was low due to the turn-over, so many of these opportunities were missed due to misplaced focus. Overall, this is not a bad company, and I see a great future for it. The CEO, Chris Benjamin, is very thoughtful, direct, and patient. As long as he spearheads the company, I believe it will continue to grow, and create profitable returns for its shareholders....
