When I began sharing my feelings with a close friend, he presented Coastal Horizons as an option. He shared details about their overarching impact on countless communities; from mental health, to substance use, to emergency shelters for youth, to outreach in schools Coastal seems to welcome all with open arms. Entry Level Employee: I have been with Tailwinds for 1.5 yrs now. I am a bartender and love my job! The passengers are easy to deal with, the hourly wage is very good, compared to most bartertending jobs, they offer good benefits and paid vacation. My GM is THE BEST manager I've ever had, in my 25+ years in the industry. I would like to see Corporate support management better and hope they appreciate the sacrifices that my GM, specifically has made for the company.
