Experienced Employee: I like working for ProMedica. The pay could be better but good benefit options. However, during the pandemic, ProMedica did not increase wages. A grant for $250 could be applied for. When they did a survey asking what employees are struggling most with, one of the top responses was food insecurity. Over time is available, so there is the added bonus of extra money, the down side is that you will be working days, nights, weekends and holidays. Experienced Employee: I love the people I work with, but the pay for someone without a degree is barely a livable wage. I wish they would really look into this and do something about it.
