Experienced Employee: Centene is a family oriented company, it is always changing to keep up with the times. The benefits are phenomenal and the internal growth is outrageous. Management is very passionate about growth as well. Their 401k plan, tuition reimbursement and heath benefits are top notch. Diversity and inclusion oriented. The pay is extremely reasonable as well. Yearly bonuses and annual merit increases are given as well. The only thing I wish they offered it to work from home. A lot of our job duties as talent acquisition could definitely be completed from home. Other than that, the company is awesome and definitely cares about it's employees.

Intern / Student Worker: Transitioning from one job I have had since the age of 15 to Enterprise at the age of 21 was scary because it was a bigger company, a big airport location, and a lot of new learning that I knew would push me out of my comfort zone. However, it has been an overall easy transition due to the way that Enterprise is ran in Denver Colorado. Management is always one the same page with literally everything, the communication amongst all employees is beyond what anyone would expect, and the process of being trained was not only painless but made enjoyable due to all of the friendly staff members who are always willing to answer any questions they can. In addition to this, the way that a workday is set out for me is very straightforward, everyone knows what their duty is for the day, and everyone is constantly getting feedback to help us be better employees and deliver even better customer service.

Intern / Student Worker: It is a great place to work! I work as a pharmacy student and it gives me many opportunities to learn. Every day I am doing something different which is exciting. I also work in more than 4 locations so I am getting to work with a lot of different patients. As a student, I work 15.5 hours per week. I am also able to pick up shifts whenever I want so I can easily get more hours if I like. They are also good at hiring the students on as pharmacist once you graduate. Overall, I believe its the best place to work as a student pursuing pharmacy.

I got paid the same week, and the pay rate is great! I love having the freedom of setting my own hours and getting paid to do what I love, which is very fulfilling and rewarding. However, the number of tutoring opportunities that are available depend on the time of the school academic year, which is mainly high during the fall, winter, and spring semesters, where as during the summer semesters is fairly low.

Entry Level Employee: The work environment was great, everyone always helped each other out no matter what. The manager and supervisor there constantly checked in with each of us making sure things were running smoothly. Whenever there was an issue we would work as a team to resolve it. It wasn't only our department who worked together, it was the entire Radiology Department. Overall, the entire hospital staff showed empathy and compassion with their patients, doing way more than what was necessary to make sure each person left that hospital on good terms.
