Entry Level Employee: Most of my career at O'Reilly's (at a store located in Alabama) has been great, however, management has gotten progressively more aggressive/hostile. I am cross-trained in merchandise stocking and retail sales and my pay has been increased as I've been working, even though there have been issues; This goes to say that there is fair pay. Entry Level Employee: My experience with Bass Pro Shop has been very good. I've only worked there for a few months, but with Graduation and all that comes along with you last year of high school, they are always accommodating. They are very respectful of their customers and employees. It's nice to work for a company that treats their employees so well. We have raffles, and they give away items. The discount is amazing. Experienced Employee: I have worked at Mercy hospital for 10 years. Though, like any place, there are things I wish were different, overall, I am happy with Mercy hospital as my chosen place to work. I do miss the feel of the hospital when it was St. John's. The warmer, less cooperate feel. Working for a large health system definitely has it's pros and cons. Cons of having to deal with people in a different city than you because that's where the "home" hub is. Pros- we are a level 1 trauma center and get to do and see so many things and have such a large impact on the surrounding community.
