Experienced Employee: Very nice company to work for overall! They are closed major holidays, good health insurance and 401K, and offer employee discounts. They offer many opportunities to move up within the company and offer a better starting wage than many other retailers. One downside is that raises are entirely performance based, not taking into consideration cost of living or seniority.
