Senior Employee: I will say working for Terminix has been an experience. I work more within the call centers, so I deal more the costumer service side of it. It can be very challenging some days because it seems that things that can be easily fix, never get fixed. It feels like the things that costumers complain about or cancel over can be easily fixed/change but the company chooses not to do so. I will say however the people I meet are like no other. People are super nice and accepting of a lot. They are truly there to have your back in ways you didn't think they would.
