Experienced Employee: I've worked at Desert Springs for just over 2 years and, for the most part, love it. The night shift staff has become like family and the professionalism that they show is inspiring. Like most places of work, it has its downsides here and there but they aren't anything that I haven't experienced at any other previous jobs. Experienced Employee: terrible sick policies, but they take care of employees pretty decently in other ways. Free meals on days you work. about every other month there is some sort of extra reward like coupons for restaurants and shops on the property. Every month there is a big birthday cake to celebrate all birthdays that month. free coffee, soda, water, etc. vending machines for employees with energy drinks is cheaper than buying at a gas station. over all the company isn't terrible, but there are people in management who have no understanding work that their employees do.... Entry Level Employee: The Wynn is an exceptional company! Best company I've ever worked for! This company cares about it's employees, guests and community. The Wynn is a leader in the hospitality industry in Las Vegas. Their five-star service is not only just with the guests but also with the employees. During the 2020 lockdowns and stay at home orders, the Wynn paid it's employees the entire time. Employees enjoy a 1 hour paid lunch, competitive pay, benefits and many great perks. This company has manage to comply with all health officials guidelines while still allowing guests to experience Las Vegas in this strange times we live in.
