Other: Overall, working at Dennys has been great. The management is great and try work with your needs when it comes to scheduling. Opportunities to change and learn different positions. A great change that should be made is mandatory gratuity for parties of 10 or larger. The company has an incredible work culture; everyone is more than willing to help in any way they can. Experienced Employee: I have worked as both a patient transporter and as a patient care technician. Bon Seours as a whole is an excellent company. We have routine company wide meetings to realign our mission and values and to remind us why we love our company. I have worked over a year as the PCT. My personal supervisor adds to the already kind and positive work environment. Everyday we have mini meetings with any updates and areas of focus. Bon Secours does an excellent job of hiring dedicated, well intentioned staff members. Experienced Employee: I like the company that I work for. I have great benefits. World Acceptance offer insurance, 401k, paid vacation, and most national holidays are paid. The pay is very low and so are the raises. The hours are from nine in the morning to six in the evening, which leaves you little to no time with family and friends. Also, if you numbers do not meet the goal you have to work until eight pm on Wednesday. We also have to alternate Saturdays from nine in the morning until noon, but no overtime you have to comp the time during the week. It's an okay work experience.... Read 1 review
