Experienced Employee: This past year has been challenge during the Covid-19 Pandemic, but Roper has shown their appreciation for their employees by donating money from the Medical Society to the employees of practices that closed for a couple of months. Meanwhile, other hospital systems in the Charleston area were laying off healthcare workers. I started in the wound care department within the hospital. After three years, I wanted to utilize my skills and work closer to home, so I transferred to the resource pool and then to the Express Care, closer to my home. I work three, 12 hour shifts a week with the opportunity to get over-time when there is a need and I have a rotating schedule that I know six months in advance. I also have the holidays off to spend time with loved ones. After I graduate from Nursing school, I plan to work for Roper for the rest of my medical career.... Read 9 reviews
