I am usually tasked with helping managers on duty complete their inventory, general merchandise and presentation goals. I have been employed for 11.5 months and am looking forward to possible raise within the next few weeks. If raise is dependent on work performance, I will definitely receive it!

Experienced Employee: This was a great company. They were willing to work around my work schedule and the associates were amazing. WinCo has great benefits and this is a job that you can make into a career. The only problem I had was with management. Management seemed to be very close and even when talking to the store manager, it would get around to others and nothing would be done.

Experienced Employee: It is a nice place to work, however, the pay could be better. It has a good reputation in Idaho. Unlike St. Al's , it will allow the patient to set up payment plans and will not send them to collection if unable to pay bill in full. St. Luke's is involved in a lot funding raising to support their children's hospital and the MSTI (oncology) department do phenomenal compassionate work.
