I have worked at many locations over the years, and the staff is generally caring, friendly, knowledgeable, and close knit regardless of the geographic location. They provide a small town grocer feel in a big box setting, and have competitive scholarship opportunities for high school seniors. Work schedule flexibility is generally good, and caring managers can work around your limitations. I would like to see more educational opportunities for adult learners, from current college student scholarships and continuing education opportunities to a formal management trainee program for college graduates and beyond.
