Experienced Employee: The owner of Buffalo floral is the epitome of the ideal boss. She is positive, motivated, energetic, and creative. She is a ray of sunshine on days when there is so much to do you could pull your hair out. Before coming to Buffalo Floral, I had never worked at a place that made me feel so valued as an employee and as a person. All of the staff works together and takes pride in their work. Being a part of people's biggest moments can easily be a stressful thing but the workers here have a way of making everything fall into place calmly. Entry Level Employee: CentraCare is a large organization, and a great place to work. The pay is great, however I am unsure about the benefits, as I use my husbands insurance. What is wonderful about a large organization, is all the specialties and service's that we can offer our patient's. Another wonderful thing is they are big on education and training, making sure everything is up to date. All new employee's go through this special training course, it is called " Our Best Begins with Me". This is a two full day interactive training course with lecture's and group activity's. The leaders want us to model and take everything we learned in this two day training , and adapt it to our daily work life. Patient satisfaction is huge. Centracare frequently sends out survey's and requests feedback. Centracare has the most up to date technology. Another great thing about it is the scrubs are color coded.
