Experienced Employee: I like the close relationship I formed with my coworkers and how they accepted me and made me a part of their team. One thing I would like to see change is more respect and kindness shown between the different departments. Some of the different floors have nurses and doctors who are just rude and can’t accept difference in opinion or accept when they are wrong about something. It seems as though they believe they are better than others just because they are a nurse or doctor. That is just something my coworkers and I don’t find to be pleasant.... Read 2 reviews
