Entry Level Employee: Working at Independent Support Service has been a rewarding job for a student aspiring to be a art teacher. Working one on one with a autistic individual for the past two years in creating art actives and various interactive communicating projects assists him with his routine tasks with paying attention to detail, time management and decision making. My only regret about my job is I wish I made more time in my schedule to devote myself to more individuals with similar needs.
