Intern / Student Worker: Danfoss has been a great company to work for over the past 1.5 years. They hold true to their family values even though it is a large company. I have recommended Danfoss to others in the past for jobs and everyone who was offered a position, and took it, has enjoyed their work. The pay is competitive for factory work and fairly average for most office positions. The atmosphere is friendly and casual, everywhere you go you will hear laughter and see smiling faces.
