Experienced Employee: I have worked with Providence since 2015. I started out as a new MA with a brand new cinic. We have grown in the last 5 years and continue to grow. Providence treats employees well, they care about their MAs and want to make sure all needs are met to perform well in MA position. Since COVID, however we lost a lot of MAs due to mothers having to become stay at home moms to care for their children doing online schools. Entry Level Employee: It has been less than a year since I've started working for Garco but I can honestly say that I have never been happier in another work environment. While it can be a high stress job, my work is almost easy because of how much I enjoy it. It is my first time in an office environment and on a construction site, but there is no place I'd rather be. In my personal experience all have been very welcoming and are willing to guide me when I need it. Everyone that I work for is of good character and it is almost a family-type environment here in the office (how many people can say THAT about their office?). Entry Level Employee: Good opportunity to travel for work if that's what you're interested in.
