Entry Level Employee: While I enjoy my position (not at this location but it’s a corporate company so) I feel as if checkout has to do everything, even if it’s a different departments job. Checkout people will be asked to block, fill shelves, and assist and random tasks. I like being able to interact with so many people on a daily basis, seeing the regulars, and I have to say I got lucky with having some of the best coworkers. For change I’d hope they pay better. It’s not competitive AT ALL, and unfortunately raises are hard to come by. I’ve been there for 2 years and make as much as some of the new hires, THAT I TRAINED. Learning this I asked for a raise (at least a dollar) and was offered 75 cents, only to look at was given 50 cents. The paid time off and sick time is great but if it wasn’t for the flexible schedule I wouldn’t work here.... Read 21 reviews

Entry Level Employee: So far I love the company and the people I work with. For a fitness club, Koko goes above and beyond what I've seen other clubs do for their members and I'm proud to be a part of it. I'm also impressed by the style of workout. Members come in and typically do a machine based workout. The programming within Koko's technology properly pushes members so that they can build strength, and lose weight. Entry Level Employee: It was a great experience. Being able to work at a job loving what I do, caring for the elderly. I started at entry level and worked two days. I worked upwards of 5 days a week towards the end of my time working there before I went to college. Being an employee at Benchmark taught me many lessons. It taught me patience and composure. I have learned a lot about the diseases that come with aging. Dementia and Alzheimer's is a disease that cannot be cured. This makes dealing with a person with this disease hard which is why the residents come to Benchmark. All of my fellow employees are smart and hardworking individuals who love their line of work, despite its pros and cons.
