Entry Level Employee: I love working at this hospital but it does have its challenges. The best part about working here is the sense of camaraderie and community you get from your coworkers and patients. The cons of working here is good work often goes underappreciated and upper administration makes decisions without truly understanding the impact to their employees. Compared with other Operating Rooms where I have worked, St Anthony has a very team-oriented mindset. As a Dad with five kids, I have had things come up, spur of the moment, and the management at St Anthony has been very accommodating to my family's needs. Experienced Employee: It can be hard to find a group of people who see your personal success as a group goal, let alone an entire branch of a company that believes in inculcating this ideal; I was lucky enough to find that here. The Kirkland branch of this company has been run by a fantastic branch manager who has allowed the group of working here to find legitimate value in walking into work day in and day out. Experienced Employee: I liked how fast they got my bowling lanes for me. I went during a busy time and got put on a wait list expecting at least 30 minutes and literally 5 minutes after I sat down I got my lanes. Also, I ordered food and they brought it out to me instead of calling my name on the intercom for me to go get it, which was amazing! And there was a jukebox so I got to play my music without having to be in the bar the whole time. Something I did not like was the time I had to wait to get my drink while I actually was in the bar.
