Experienced Employee: Great work environment, helpful management staff in a high paced casino restaurant. Organized and easy to talk to management. They care about your needs and listen when you have concerns. Servers make a steady income and scheduling is somewhat consistent, which is nice for a restaurant. Closes early on holidays which is a bonus.

Entry Level Employee: This was my first year working for Gourmet Galley Catering. My childhood friends aunt owns the business and this year I finally applied. Overall my experience at GG has been wonderful. Everyone I work with is always on their game and always trying to make sure the event we work at is wonderful for the client. This year was especially difficult for me because my father who is a single parent had an Anuerysm this past march and since it is just my sister and I to take care of him Gourmet Galley was very accomidating to my situation. When I had to be at the hospital with my dad they never had a problem if I had to call out. I couldn't have asked for a better work place!
