Entry Level Employee: I've been working at Edible Arrangements in Warren, MI going on 4 weeks now. I started in Shelby Township, MI and they were able to transfer me to be closer to my home. I love my job so far, the work is fairly easy and makes the day go by fast. I asked for part time, but they have me full time right now and honestly I might consider staying full time because my pay check is looking good and we get paid every week. Intern / Student Worker: My experience was one that I definitely needed to further myself as a future engineer and as a student. My coworkers were friendly, helpful people and were very knowledgeable in their respective positions. My group was mostly younger folks which definitely helps me feel more welcome. There were many things that I learned during my time here that I didn't learn at school so it was a bit rough. However, I left a positive impact on the company and it is going to be beneficial to take what I learned and use it for my future full time job. My younger brother is now going to college and my parents are having a more difficult time covering us both financially since they don't work at high paying jobs and are both immigrants. Experienced Employee: My husband Manuel Gomez is currently employed with Alexion, we love the benefits, They have a great maternity leave for men and for women, for men they provide a month of paid absence and for woman it is 3 months which I think is amazing considering other companies only give 3 weeks. The relocation package was great I was moved from Miami to Connecticut and was offered a decent amount to help with the move process, I had nothing to worry about everything was done for me.The company was very patient and extended my relocation 2-3 months ahead which gave my husband and i more time to ease into moving and packing and saying goodbye to our families. The company gives a great amount of opportunities to grow and learn, alexion has taught me extensively and I am able to move forward on my own very independently. I would not change anything....
