I believe in the safety of not letting out personal information, however, when meeting for an interview, not being able to see the phone number provided made it harder to get in contact. Entry Level Employee: I have only been working at TJ Maxx for a few weeks now, but I am enjoying my time there. I applied as a temporary associate for this remodel they are doing at my location, but I am hoping to stay as a part time worker. Everyone I have come in contact with has been real nice and inviting towards me. The customers seem to value my opinion and I feel as though I am treated with respect. The one thing that I would like to see a change in is my work schedule. There were a lot of new people hired for this remodeling (myself included) so the work hours have been cut. Entry Level Employee: I cannot say enough about the supportive, team-oriented atmosphere at HomeGoods. From the first day I started working at Homegoods, all the workers were friendly and welcoming. As a college student who was furloughed during the pandemic, I felt as though management cared about me as a human being. During the stay-at-home order, my manager called me several times just to check up on me. Personally, I think that the HomeGoods app could be improved. For example, the app is not currently used to facilitate returns. By adding the capability to start a return and store receipts on the app, I believe that the return process would become more efficient. When I first started this job I was a homeless college dropout living in my car. To be perfectly honest with you I can say that was the lowest point in my life. I was working this part time job for $8.25 and it just wasn’t helping make ends meet. I was desperate for more, so I began applying to jobs. Agero was the 2nd job I applied to and it drew me in because I wanted to get out of food service and get into something more in tune with what I wanted to be. When they emailed me expressing interest I was so happy. Fast forward I complete my new hire training after 3 weeks and I start actually taking calls.
