Entry Level Employee: Troy Beaumont is an amazing place to work. Our management in the Emergency Department cares so much for us, they go above and beyond to make sure we're happy and taken care of. They fight for us during times of pay discrepancies and motivate us to be our best. Any nurse who has left our ED comes back saying "the grass is most definitely not greener on the other side." We are privileged to have tech aides to help transport our patients, techs to draw our labs, respiratory to start breathing treatments, doctors at our side, and management available at all times. We also do "Wellness Wednesdays" where snacks come around on a cart and management asks how we're doing. I would never leave Troy Beaumont. Of course, we have our rough days, but it's not the hospital's fault; it's just part of the job.... Read 17 reviews

Client / Customer: First off let me start off by saying i love my supervisors. They help my the day go by fast by properly doing their job. My shift is perfect, it allows me to have time for my family. The bathrooms stays clean. I don’t like the break areas i feel like there’s no privacy. Anytime i have any complaints, it’s taken care of in a timely manner. Sometimes i wish the plant was smaller i hate the long walks. It would be nice to have more breaks. The grandfather founder of the company is still walking around greeting the employees and customers. It is an equal-opportunity place with diversity of employees.
