Senior Employee: I have been employed here for five and a half years now. I started out as a hostess when I was 17 and I now wait tables and bartend occasionally. Most of my coworkers have been employed here for at least 2 years and some have been with big mikes for over 7 years. The people I work with I call my family because there is a tight bond between all of us. We have regulars that come in anywhere from 3 times a week to every single day and most of my coworkers, including myself, have a tight bond with the regulars as well.
