Experienced Employee: Overall my experience with Pedersen Toyota has been great. For someone who didn't have a career, I chose to work for this place to see where it got me. I was able to work my way up learning almost everything I needed to about working for the automotive industry without going to college for it. For anyone trying to pursue a career as Technician, they have you take classes on the computer and once you complete a certain amount they send you to classes in Denver. One thing I wished they would do, hold more monthly meetings and not keep us in the dark about certain things, push more on providing better equipment.

Experienced Employee: I was hired as a full time Care giver. The hours are flexible and in high demand due to high turn over. This is typical in the health care field. I love the residents both in assisted living as well as the lock down memory care unit. I have done this line of work since 2004 and this is the first community I have seen with such amazing tools such as a memory care unit.

Manager / Director: As far as restaurants go, it's an amazing place to work. The majority of the kitchen staff has been there for 30 plus years. One line cook has been cooking there since he was 14, back in 1961! All of the steaks are hand cut. Hardly anything comes in frozen, the food quality is amazing. There are a handful of servers that have worked there for over 20 years as well. The restaurant industry is a hard one, and it truly is saying something that all these employees are happy to stay there decades.

Senior Employee: Worked here for six and a half years. Overall good company, great coworkers, good food and nice location. Turnover is kind of high depending on the season, but that is honestly how most restaurants and bars are. Some people can handle the high stress environment, some just simply can't. Management has been a bit strange throughout my tenure, but nothing that has caused major problems. Overall I've had an amazing experience here, due to coworkers and customers being good people.
