Experienced Employee: I love the friendly environment. We are a plain tree hospital which is centered around our patients. I work in the Birth Center here, it is often compared to staying at a hotel. The nurses I work with are second to none. I learn from and am excited to work next to them as a nurse. I had all four of my children here and my experience as a patient was just as great. Experienced Employee: Great company but with any nursing they always need more help. Some of the nursing management would listen to issues but nothing was ever done with problems . Alot of asking but not receiving. Scheduling was a month at a time so that was great for planning. No room for vacation unless we had our shifts covered by ourselves. The higher up management was great but never really saw them out and about. It's a great company that still needs improvement with staffing and ideas for employees retention rate.... Read 2 reviews

Experienced Employee: Overall the working culture is good. Ultimately the experience you will receive there will largely depend upon your coworkers, and seeing how the busiest time of year sees a lot of new people being hired on for the summer, the whole enterprise will be difficult to predict from time to time.
