Experienced Employee: I love the work life balance! Great company! I am most satisfied with the remote work hours and flexibility. Our company works very hard to give us the training required to provide our clients with the most of their investment. We are regularly trained and have many resources available at all times. We also have a great location with a quite room, nursing rooms, cafe with Starbucks coffee, and a medical doctor on site. Additionally, we have a gym with the latest equipment available to us. We have excellent benefits and that includes tuition reimbursement but unfortunately, it isn't enough for school expenses. Manager / Director: ALDO was my first job I ever had. During the interview, my manager gave me a starting wage and told me that if I worked hard, I would move up in the company. He wasn't wrong. I was promoted to Sales Lead within 6 months and to Assistant Manager shortly after. I loved my job and I learned so much about customer service as well as running a business. Volunteer: Overall it is a wonderful place for treatment as the faculty works hard and efficiently and does well at their jobs. The one thing I wish to see an improvement in is security around all outside access points as I have heard many times people walk right in and find their own way through the hospital. The hospital implemented a visitor pass policy but why do that if there is not much security around to even look for the badges and when they do look, it is a quick glance, so one could have the wrong ID and still go through.... Experienced Employee: Fridays is a great restaurant to gain server experience. The relationships between management and staff is appropriate, fun yet professional. The only downfall is that staff do not always feel appreciated by the company. We do not close for holidays. I have been working here for over 5 years and the company has never thrown us a Christmas party, given us a free meal for working a holiday or anything. Entry Level Employee: Clara Maass Medical center is a great place to work. They offer competitive wages, and union access to many employees (excluding nurses). Their is shift and holiday differential as well as overtime pay. I worked at the hospital for five years and the staff really comes together to help one another. I left with good standing for another job offering guaranteed full time. When working here their are opportunities for growth and cross training based on skill, education, and seniority. For employees with part time or full time status your allowed to call in and work extra hours to your pleasing so employment status won't affect your opportunity to earn more. I thoroughly enjoyed working here because I always felt like an individual. I knew the doctors and how much they cared about their patients care.
