Entry Level Employee: Very good experience for those who want to help people with disabilities. For me, working as a teacher assistant in a preschool program, it gave me the opportunity to help young kids grow and develop on a day to day basis. Intern / Student Worker: Working at Arbor Ridge has been an enjoyable and enriching experience for the 8 months that I have been there so far. The work atmosphere is lovely, all of the servers, chefs, and staff are friendly, welcoming and easy to get along with. The residents are very gracious and kind and each one of them shows their appreciation for us in their own way. Getting to know the residents is a great experience in itself because they all have such different backgrounds and experiences that they are willing and eager to share with each of us. You form relationships with the residents as you work there and a few of them have even taken a personal interest in me. They ask about my life and school and work and talking to/ getting to know these people has been amazing.
