Experienced Employee: Staff is very friendly and genuine concern about their patients as well as provide timeline meds calls or anything else to make the patients feel welcome in their time of need. I wouldn't change not one thing about NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. NEA allows me to be a full time single parent to my children by providing me with decent and flexible hours on the job. I know I will also have job security and growth opportunities within the company. I was their six months and received a 10% raise just on my work ethic along. Management and co-workers are very easy to get along with and available at anytime to help you when needed. Healthcare is very affordable and available as soon as you start work and that allows me to provide medical attention for me and my children. Also as a major plus its only five miles from my home, so I don't have to waste very much gas. I love my job and would not change one thing about it.
