Niche User: I started as an Event Specialist. Things got pretty bad when my hours were cut to 1 or 2 days a week. Dropped events.
I had to move to a different city. ( Mid to late 2018)
I was asked, once moved, before my transfer was complete, if I wanted to be a Team Lead. I said no, but within 3 months, I changed my mind. Within the next 3 months I was Supervisor.
If a person (ES) wants to work 1 six hour shift, 2 six hr shifts, three six hour shifts or 4 six hour shifts, its up to you.
Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (I will rotate) are a must if you have open availability.
I have a really good team now.
