Experienced Employee: Comfortable work environment, great support, amazing coworkers. Glove House offers a flexible work schedule, making it easy to go to school full time as well. The wages are reasonable for working in human services. There are multiple offices around the central New York region, and also residential facilities for children and adolescents. Administration is very supportice. The agency follows the Sanctuary model in commitment to providing services for families and children. This agency is trauma informed, ensuring that workers understand their clients backgrounds and stories. Would recommend anyone to work here, truly an amazing environment to work in.
