Experienced Employee: I love the employee morale, the professionalism of their operational organization their high standards that successfully deliver food safety and customer satisfaction and the growth potential/advancement opportunities, as well as their employee benefits package. The customers are pleasant, the employees are friendly and helpful and are willing to go out of their way to help one another. I was thoroughly trained for my position in the meat and seafood department. I was amazed at the overall cleanliness and safety in my workplace environment. Festival Foods, their management, and employees really show care and appreciation for both employees and guests. I've had a very positive experience throughout my employment with this family-owned grocery store that offers a great deal of assistance to the community and I am sure the life of my employment will be quite lengthy.
