Experienced Employee: I currently work at Hawthorn Medical, this practice has multiple specialties. The Good benefit of this, is that you get to work, learn new things if you ever decide to move or change specialties. Over all i have had great experiences here, but of course we all have our ups and downs. But for the most part Hawthorn Medical is a large group with multiple specialties that you can grow from with education. Entry Level Employee: I have been working with the company since 2012. There are so many wonderful opportunities in all the different store locations as well as the HQ in Taunton. There are many charity events that the company holds for all in the area in need or with disabilities such as Coats for Kids and the Walk for Adoption events. The company is not only focused on selling furniture but creating an optimistic and fun experience for it's customers and their families. I started off as a seasonal employee and have since worked 4 different positions now in HQ. Experienced Employee: I have had a wonderful experience working for PrimaCARE. I was able to go to school and work part-time. Then my position changed to full time once I was done with school. The doctors that I work for are amazing and are good to their staff. I think PrimaCARE in general should have better compensation for their employees. Senior Employee: It is a good job that has taken me far. Learned a lot. Moved up the ladder quickly, through hard work and it paid off. The hours are flexible. The medical is amazing and so is the dental coverage. I have had four or five different "bosses" as I moved up in the company and I have learned important skills from each. The company trains you each step of the way. When I started I had no experience. Ten years later there is only one person higher than me in my sector of the company. Experienced Employee: Five Star has great people working for them. Workers are like a family. Management could be better. Their are certain rules some would not like to work in. Job titles all have a fine print that states you are to do any job requested of you. Their are plenty of times where you are doing things other than the job hired for. Also helping out other departments without permission is not liked and could reflect badly on annual reviews. Management also only focus on the bad on an individual basis.
