Entry Level Employee: Spirit Halloween is an amazing place to work. The managers are compassionate and flexible. As a high school student involved in musicals, marching band and other after school activities and a college student who is president of a Horror Club, Spirit works around my busy schedule. When I am at work the staff is friendly and supportive. They feel like a family. I had a death in my family and they texted me with concern and when I came back to work they made sure I was okay. Entry Level Employee: The pros of working for this company are that the hours are flexible due to there be so many employees and shifts available working in a 24 hour establishment. Most coworkers and management are friendly and it's an entertaining and busy environment. There are also cons, one being that smoking is allowed at select indoor designated areas. Another is that the pay is very low, not much above minimum wage. As a result the employee turnover is extremely high which makes knowledgeable and experienced employees very few.
