Entry Level Employee: While working with PFH I have found a new family the work environment is very positive we do not compete against each other rather we come together as a team and tackle issues as a unit. I have not met an employee that see's the company otherwise. The Managers are amazing they listen to employees and take their opinions into consideration, implements them within the company if applicable.
