I liked the sense of teamwork and leadership! It was a fun place to work and would highly recommend it.
I've worked a Ruth's chris for 3 years now. I have to say I'm not too proud of it, the unprofessionalism is unacceptable from the GM Mark Massitt to scheduling manager Kim ranelie. Kim is so inappropriate with staff and guest and Mark just ignores and all problems until then get to be too big. The staff is not held accountable for anything unless they miss a holiday work shift and then and only then will they be fired. Cleanliness is average at best but not near what it should be for a high class restaurant. Pay is only good if your a server which they get way over paid. They will end the night with around 3 hundred bucks. The assistants and food runners dont even make half of that and they do 80% of the work.
Working at Ruth's Chris has been a blessing to me. It has opened many doors and helped me with my self-confidence. The fact that we get paid weekly and we get vacation time as servers is great. It is a fantastic place to work and I plan on staying there until I graduate from college.
I would like for the tip out not to be so much or the bussers need to work harder. Other than that this is the best reautaurant I have ever worked for.
Excellent! Everything was great; taste, quality etc. I would like to see a demonstration of better team work and communication tho
