Ronetco Supermarkets Inc. Reviews
Rating 3.5 out of 5 2 reviews
I think working for Ronetco was a great decision. It was my first "real" job. Everyone I met there was incredible. I enjoy going to work because I like knowing I get to see real friends there. Scheduling is pretty flexible which is really nice because they are always willing to accommodate my school schedule.
The overall company is good to work for; the store itself not so much. The store I work for is the busiest in the company. The management team for the most part does not listen to their employees and always takes the customer's side even when the customer is in the wrong. Most of the time they do not treat their employees with respect either. Many great friendships have come from my experience there, but the lack of respect and overall lack of support from management makes going to work something to dread. The people who come from the corporate office do treat their employees with respect and give good benefits. Other people from other stores have had better experiences. It all comes down to the people running the store.
