I love that it's a place for growth! You can start an entry level position but with hard work, you can reach higher ranking positions. I would change the parking in downtown and make it free for court employees.
Riverside Superior Court is an overall decent place to work and a good place gain experience. But I would like to see more appreciation from management. It’s the same thing every day, just a different day with little to no appreciation.
I feel like they actually take care of their employees- especially all through the uncertainty of Covid. The people are friendly.
