It is a great place to work if you want to make easy money. It can be very stressful dealing with angry customers . QVC wants fast and efficient, they want on average every call to be a minute long. You will get a lot of angry customers. So you have to learn to keep your temper. You have to put the customer first. The supervisors are strict but fair The workers are real friendly and there are plenty of perks for workers.
I worked for a year, but They are very strict with their scheduling, and off time is based on seniority. Once you choose a scheduled shift, it was nearly impossible to have it changed. Once college started I could not get my schedule changed and I put in my two weeks notice. I left on good terms though.

My overall experience so far has been a good experience. The environment is friendly, diverse, and professional. I enjoy working as a team member to get a job accomplished. The relationships I have built with co workers has been beneficial not only in my work life but personal life as well.
I would like to see them help their employees more. They do not have the support of management and are left to de-escalate issues by themselves. Managers no longer take supervisor calls and customers are told to wait hours for a return call.
