The culture is excellent. Everyone wants to do a good job and make our
customers happy. The company is great with maintaining a good work/life balance. With being a single parent it is very important to work for a company that understands that "life" happens sometimes. I really enjoy working with everyone from managers to warehouse associates.

I enjoy working at Polaris very much. I so believe the health insurance could be better but other than that it is a great place to work.
With over 23 years at Polaris, I have seen the growth and diversity within this company. Polaris cares about their employees and offer excellent benefits.
