Piedmont Hospital Reviews
Rating 4.47 out of 5 17 reviews
It's a great workplace, and the company provides different resources. They show their appreciation for their employees by having a tuition assistance program. Matching you with a 401k plan, they have a gym at the hospital and help with getting daycare assistance or vouchers. The majority of the employees seem to be happy working here. What we do helps the community by being a hospital close to the city but also can help in the metro area. They have listened to the employees and the community and made many changes. Departments seem to get along to help the patients out and help heal them. The community likes what we are doing at the hospital and the new peaks within the hospital. Like the new Starbucks for the patients, their families, and staff.
Great place to work! Everyone is kind, helpful and pleasant. Benefits are good, and so is the pay. Traffic getting out at the moment is horrible, overall if you plan your commute in advance it is worth the drive.
I have always been encouraged to grow as an individual and a professional at Piedmont. Among the benefits is the tuition reimbursement waiver, which provides up to $2,500 per year for educational pursuits. Each year I have taken advantage of this benefit and I am closing in on my master's degree!
