They interview you directly for the company and then send you through an unorganized staffing agency to get you hired quicker. (In my case, it was Prostaff.) The staffing agency will not tell you your pay rate, how many hours you're working, or what days you're working unless you beg them by phone and email. PFS Web may be a great company, but the unorganization of the staffing companies they go through reflects poorly on them.
They also hire anyone that comes through the door. Most of the people that work there (at least temporarily) are obviously from less fortunate socio-economic backgrounds and have adopted this mentality as their way of life. They're not best or the brightest. If they are, their dialect and mannerisms don't reflect that.

Low pay, lack of opportunities to advance ,favoritism. Poor training after 4 days although it's supposed to be a week many of us only had 3-4 days they put you on the floor, and you have to rely on people you sit next to (other coworkers) to teach you , and hopefully they know.
great place to work to get on your feet and gain customer service experience. scheduling, culture, and growth will depend on your campaign and management and work ethic. My best advice is to show your best work and communicate any situation and learn about your work environment to grow.
